REFUND POLICY
At Simple Reset, all sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing.
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the package and contents
- A description of the issue
Failure to provide sufficient documentation may result in denial of the claim.
Shipping carriers are responsible for packages once they are scanned into transit. Delivery delays, routing issues, weather delays, lost packages, or carrier-related issues are outside of our control.
Orders returned due to incorrect addresses entered by the customer, refused deliveries, or failure to receive the package may be subject to reshipping fees.
We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, limit quantities, or deny claims at our sole discretion.
